Centralized Access

Access the dashboard, purchase products, and manage orders in one place.

Enhanced Checkout and Tracking

The checkout process is now three easy steps for direct customers: cart items, arrange payment, and confirm the order.

Order Management

  • Access Order Management from the Menu bar in MyIllumina
  • Find invoice and shipment summaries
  • See real-time delivery status of your order, including updates if orders are delayed

Cart and Checkout

  • Use the new Action Bar to add products, purchase a quote, email a cart, and more
  • Add products directly from the cart page using new Quick Add tab
  • Checkout in three easy steps: Cart, Billing & Payment, and Review Order
  • Add Courier Numbers directly in checkout (North America)

Other Features and Improvements

  • Updated MyIllumina navigation for: Dashboard, Order Management, Instruments, Favorites, Inquiries, News & Events, Tools
  • Locate Certificates of Analysis, Lot Tracker, Custom Products, and MiSeq Self-Service in the Tools section
  • Access Shopping Lists as part of Saved Carts and Favorites
  • Enhanced Product Configurator for custom product orders, including access from mobile devices and tablets
