Hybridization Oven

High-capacity, temperature-controlled hybridization (hyb) oven customized for Illumina microarray assays.

Overview

Increase throughput by concurrent preparation of Illumina BeadChips, for genotyping or gene expression assays, in the Illumina Hybridization Oven. The high-capacity hybridization (hyb) oven supports up to 24 arrays, requiring the same hybridization temperature, simultaneously.

Illumina Hybridization Oven provides the following features:

  • Platform rocker with variable rotation speed (5–60 rpm)

  • Universal applicability to any Illumina BeadChip format

  • Platform space for up to six hyb chambers, each holding up to four BeadChips

  • Temperature setting range from 0°C to 100°C

Forced air circulation coupled with microprocessor-based temperature control combine to provide consistent conditions from procedure to procedure.
