These automation option packages help streamline the Illumina microarray workflow and reduce errors. Illumina Robot Control Software, together with liquid handling capabilities, enables automation of sample preparation in the workflow.

Infinium automation option packages are compatible with Infinium Assay pre- and post-amplification protocols. The LIMS-Ready Automation Kit is ideally suited for managing high-throughput genotyping studies. It is equipped with robotic arm capabilities that are barcode reader–ready for BaseSpace Clarity LIMS integration.

Available automation packages

Infinium Automated Pipetting System with Illumina Automation Control: This package includes an Infinium Automated Pipetting System with a robotic manipulator arm (RoMa), robotic accessories, and Illumina Automation Control (IAC) software. It also includes a custom barcode reader and PosID system for running the Infinium Assay workflow with BaseSpace Clarity LIMS integration.
